Skanska USA Civil, Inc. is Hiring a Quality Administrator Near Seattle, WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement process improvements
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality management systems
- Perform quality inspections using tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Support the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team in maintaining product quality standards
- Ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools
- Familiarity with quality management systems and QA/QC processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
